The first line of defense against malware infestation is staff education.  HIX works with your practice’s team to help them recognize potential malware delivered through such means as phishing, spoofed websites, and infected attachments.  Secondly, we implement global security policies to limit the capabilities of software installed without the user’s knowledge.  Lastly, all HIXsupport Managed Service clients receive enterprise-class, centrally-managed anti-virus/anti-malware software for all devices to weed out and capture any known threats.
